I'm Courtney, the face behind Mackie Event Management, and I've spent more than 20 years bringing events of all shapes and sizes to life.

My career has taken me from some of Australia's biggest events to intimate celebrations, working with organisations including Crown Melbourne, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre and Victoria Racing Club. Along the way, I've been involved in everything from the Melbourne Cup Carnival and AFL Brownlow Medal to corporate conferences, gala dinners and private events.

Those experiences taught me that successful events aren't just about getting the logistics right. They're about understanding what matters to the people behind them, creating an experience that feels right and making sure everyone feels genuinely looked after.

Over the years, I've seen just how much time, energy and pressure can go into planning an event, particularly when you're trying to manage it all yourself.

I started Mackie Event Management because I believe professional event support shouldn't be reserved for the biggest events or budgets. Whether you need someone to help you get started, bring the final details together or manage the entire process, you deserve to feel confident, supported and able to enjoy the experience.

Today, based in the Barossa Valley, I work with businesses, event hosts and couples who want an experienced professional in their corner. I take the time to understand what's important to you, what you're hoping to create and where you need a little extra support.
